Information we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Steam we receive your public Steam ID and profile name. If you link Discord we store your Discord user ID. You may also choose a username on this site.
- Event participation. Teams you join, events you register for, and match results and statistics from games played on our servers.
- Payments. Entry fees are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we never see or store your card details.
- Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to run events: managing registrations and teams, scheduling and running matches, publishing brackets, results and statistics, and contacting you about events you've entered. We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers.
Google Drive
Site administrators can connect a Google account so match recordings (demos) are uploaded to a Google Drive folder the organizers own. This access is used solely to upload those files to that folder. We don't read, modify or share any other files in that account, and nothing obtained through Google APIs is used for advertising or transferred to anyone else.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Public information
Usernames, team names, match results and statistics are shown publicly on event pages, brackets and match pages.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to preserve event history. To have your account or data removed, contact the event organizers through the channels listed on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
